My Oil Painting has been SOLD
to a prominent collector
I’m honoured that my oil painting Neighbours was invited to be part of the Legacy of Art and Vision fundraising exhibition organized by the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA)—a special celebration marking more than 80 years of contribution to Canadian art history.
This October, the FCA transformed Granville Island into a vibrant hub of creativity, culture, and connection with A Legacy of Art and Vision—a celebration of over eight decades shaping Canada’s visual arts landscape. The event marked a major milestone for the FCA and the dynamic arts community it continues to support.
Held on October 29–30, 2025 at Performance Works, Granville Island, the event was presented in collaboration with Sotheby’s International Realty and supported by partners such as WestJet, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Audain Museum, and Quilchena Golf & Country Club.
Over two inspiring evenings, artists, collectors, and art lovers gathered to experience an exhibition, live and silent auctions, musical performances, and creative activities—all in support of the FCA’s mission to nurture and advance Canadian visual arts.

Sunlight filters through the trees, casting paths on the grass—like warm greetings among neighbours. Each tree stands unique yet in harmony, quietly watching over one another.
I’m delighted to share that Neighbours was collected during the online preview by a prominent Canadian art collector, even before the exhibition officially opened. It brings me great joy to know that this piece found a new home while supporting a meaningful cause.
