Autumn Afternoon was inspired by a tranquil pond bathed in the golden light of fall. The duck drifted slowly, surrounded by a sea of reflected color—amber, red, and violet intertwined.
Rather than capturing the duck itself, I was drawn to the moment’s rhythm—the soft motion of ripples breaking the vivid reflection of leaves. Every brushstroke moves like a whisper, carrying the warmth and transience of the season.
In this painting, autumn is not an ending but a lingering embrace—a celebration of stillness before winter’s hush.
