In Endless, I painted the light that streams through the corridor of Blusson Hall at Simon Fraser University. The shifting gold and violet hues captured my attention — it felt as if time itself was walking through the hall.
Every diagonal stroke carries the rhythm of reflection and movement. The warm tones meet the cool, blending stillness with vitality. The corridor becomes not merely a structure, but a living vessel of passing light.
Through this painting, I wanted to portray how moments of illumination can transform ordinary space — turning walls and shadows into a quiet hymn of continuity, where the present stretches toward infinity.
