Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit, using professional protective materials and reinforced boxes or tubes as appropriate.

Damage During Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and take clear photos of both the outer box and the artwork. In such cases, please file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information from your order. We will assist by providing shipment documentation if required.

Original Artworks

All paintings sold through Dallas Deng Art are original, hand-painted works of art. Due to their unique and collectible nature, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges
